David ChivertonDavid is a Miami native. He recognized his passion for drums in church and began playing at the age of 5. He played extensively in church throughout his childhood gaining the respect of his peers. By the age of 16, David had begun to pique the interest of many recording artists. He was the featured drummer on projects for artist such as the Miami Mass Choir, Lanoris McFadden and Proof, and Danny Smart. Upon graduating from high school, he was offered a full academic scholarship to Florid International University and a position as a key player in the university's Big Band. The FIU BigBand had the opportunity to perform with prominent international artists such as Arturo Sandoval, Ingred Jensen, and Nicole Henry to name a few. While focusing on his college career, David felt the desire to venture into other styles of music-from Hip-Hop to R&B. David collaborated with Miami producer Bigg D where he was the featured drummer every Wednesday night at Miami L.I.V.E at Santos Miami. David has shared the stage with artists from John Legend to Little Wayne. He is currently touring internationally with various artists and has been highlighted as one of South Florida's musicians to watch.
